the fold is a fully functional cargo bike that combines the load capacity of a classic
“long-john” with a key advantage: it folds. compact enough to roll like a suitcase, it fits into tight spaces and travels easily by train or car. we designed and developed it in the heart of hamburg’s sternschanze.

i’m working closely with our small team to bring the fold to market. i lead the industrial design process – from CAD modeling, construction, and CAM to sourcing and supply chain setup. i also optimize the bike’s visual identity to align with the brand vision. our launch is set for summer 2025.
